Feel Flows is a glorious botanic-infused body oil inscribed with joy (osmanthus), grounding warmth (ginger & damiana), relaxation (kava kava & hops), and lymphatic flow (cleavers & pokeroot). Feel Flows is crafted to help release emotions that have accumulated within the body, promote flow on a cellular level, and encourage relaxation, warmth, and joy. Featherlight grapeseed, apricot, sesame and passionfruit oils offer silky, grounding nourishment. Scented with a lymph-supportive mediterranean citrus accord, anchored with grounding cypress and fortifying rosemary.

With the intention of gentle curiosity, apply a thin layer of Feel Flows to clavicle, chest, underarms, and belly directly after showering. Start with several gentle downward pumps in the hollow above each clavicle, then several pumps in the hollow below each clavicle (next to the shoulder), then several pumps in each underarm, then several attentive circles surrounding each breast, then gently tuck fingers under the ribcage and do a back-and-forth loosening of the diaphragm, then zigzag fingertips down from the base of the sternum to the navel, circle the navel (always clockwise) several times, expand the clockwise circle to encompass entire belly and finish by pumping along the area between hipbone and pubis (many lymph glands reside here).
